Welcome all ye who enter here!

You have come upon the gateway between the human world and the faery realm.

Here you will meet faeries, pixies, imps, wood spirits, mermaids and all manner

of hidden dwellers in the worlds of fae.  We hope you enjoy your stay

and invite you to come back often to meet new additions to our gathering.

This small gallery serves as a portfolio of my figurative sculpture

and "Doll Art".  I have tried to keep it clear of any whirling,

jiggling, flashing or noisy annoyances so your stay here might be

peaceful.  Image files do take a while to download though so I ask

you to please wait while the pictures of my work make their way

to the screen.  I believe you will be pleased.

Thank you,

Linda Hammons

Wonderful Wings!

Thanks to a wonderful lady who edited and organized and worked very hard on publishing, the promised booklet of instructions for making the three different styles of wings I make for my faeries is finally available.  If you are a sculptor in need of wonderful wings for your faeries, this booklet is for you!  Click here to go to a page of information about the new book.

There are visions in the mist

wrought in ancient lands,

Filled with echoes of forever

shaped by mystic hands,

And the dancing of the muses,

weaving hidden plans.

I often list some of my sculpts for auction on ebay.  You can find my work there by typing the word "Wyldwood" into the search field or clicking on this link to the ebay "me"  page.

I also frequently do commission work based on the clients' designs or my own.  If you have a design idea or pose you would like transformed into tangible art, email me and we can talk it over.

I accept checks, money orders, and credit cards through Paypal.  Shipping is paid by client.

There are a few short tutorials here on sculpting that I hope will be

helpful for those who have caught the sculpting bug but need

a little help getting started.  I will add more as time permits.
